What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on items or services once purchased. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you.
What Should I Do if My Item Arrives Damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, you will receive a refund. Please email us with: 1) a photo of the damaged area on the item, 2) a photo of the packaging label, and 3) a photo showing if the glass is broken or the artwork is blemished. This will help us determine the next steps.
