Shipping and Returns

How much does shipping cost? Shipping may be FREE in the United States. Shipping to Canada may include additional cost. Free Shipping really doesn't exist. ADS™ does not hide the costs of delivery. ADS™ uses shipping insurance provided by the shipping service. The cost of shipping and insurance is added to the total cost for deliver. All sales are final and not eligible for return. Accent items shown with product images are not included with any shipment.

All items are wrapped by hand. Items are shipped US Domestic & Canada via United Parcel Service of America (UPS) and are generally delivered within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Of course another delivery service can be used ~ please contact us to make your individual arrangements.

Yes, when your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the status of your package.

If your product arrives damaged your money will be refunded. Please send an email and include: 1) a picture of the delivered item showing the damaged area and 2) a picture of the packaging label so that we can determine whether the damage occurred during shipment or production. Please DO NOT return or refuse delivery of the damaged items.

All Sales Are Final. This statement is notifying customers that there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for items or services once purchased. If you find any issues with your order please contact us immediately.

Mainly we use a cotton blend canvas. It's a plain-woven fabric typically made out of cotton and to a lesser extent, linen. Canvas fabric is known for being durable, sturdy, and heavy duty. A stretched canvas can be water resistant or even waterproof depending on how the canvas was treated. Keep artwork out of direct sunlight.

Depending on the Studio Facilities, I sometimes use Spruce Pine Batch and others times I use Recycled Glass. Spruce Pine Batch is formulated and founded by glass artist Harvey Littleton. Recycled Glass comes from all kinds of broken up clear glass that is cleaned and melted back in to liquid glass.

Metal and willow trees have a stong flexible bonds. Glass is also - strong but rigid, reinforced by ordered placement of its molecules. So blemishes or imperfections in glass are naturally its weakest points. Naturally, often intentionally a glass artist will blow flaws directly into the blowing process accentuating, contrasting its asymmetrical form and shape.
