What is your return policy?

All Sales Are Final. This statement is notifying customers that there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for items or services once purchased. If you find any issues with your order please contact us immediately.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged your money will be refunded. Please send an email and include: 1) a picture of the delivered item showing the damaged area and 2) a picture of the packaging label so that we can determine whether the damage occurred during shipment or production. Please DO NOT return or refuse delivery of the damaged items.

ADS™ does not have Order History. Until ADS™ finds value in offering this to customer as a service ADS™ is not providing Order History at this time. Keep your receipt.

ADS™ does not have, My Account. Currently artdesginsale.com does not 'need' to collect this type of information. All we 'need' is payment information each time you order an item from ADS™ and it's easier to not track all this information as well.
